MARKETING COORDINATOR

About the position

The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the marketing team responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies that promote the company’s products and services. This position involves collaborating with various departments to create marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and email campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for analyzing market trends and competitors to help identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  2. Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
  3. Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, including creating content and responding to customer inquiries.
  4. Support the planning and execution of events and tradeshows.
  5. Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify new opportunities, and stay up-to-date with the competition.
  6. Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns, including list management and segmentation.
  7. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics.
  8. Work with other departments to ensure the marketing materials are consistent with the company’s brand standards.
  9. Maintain marketing databases and systems, including CRM and marketing automation tools.
  10. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Your Role
