Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope or schedule, to ensure that project requirements can be met
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for documenting and tracking progress on deliverables and milestone completion
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
  • Coordinate project activities with teams such as marketing, development, operations, and customer support, to ensure goals and requirements are met
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

Required skills and qualifications

  • Three to five years of project management experience leading projects of varying sizes
  • Demonstrated project management, organizational, communication, attention to detail and time management skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict, and ability to influence teams without authority
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience in Payments Management and/or Cashless Wagering systems
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or Business Management
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Lucidchart and Figma
