Job Summary:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our gaming and payments platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver outstanding payment solutions that exceed market expectations. Your strategic insights and technical expertise will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our gaming and payments technology, aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the gaming and payments space.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize features based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
  • Lead product launches, coordinating across departments to ensure successful execution and adoption of new gaming and payment solutions.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics to track the success of launched products and drive continuous improvement.
  • Gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Ensure that all gaming and payment solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for security and compliance.

Skills / Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on payments technology, fintech products, or gaming industry technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of payments technology, including payment processing, gateways, APIs, and security protocols.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends to make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to address market challenges and opportunities.

Base Salary

  • $90,000/yr – $120,000/yr
