Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to support the development, implementation, and optimization of our innovation technology solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders, product managers, development teams, and clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Analyze systems, data flows, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and optimization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize requirements for new features, enhancements, and product upgrades.
  • Develop clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights into trends, challenges, and opportunities in the payments technology industry.
  • Support the testing and quality assurance process, ensuring all business requirements and industry standards are met.
  • Assist with data analysis, report generation, and provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Monitor industry regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Continuously seek ways to optimize internal processes and workflows.

Skills / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the payments, fintech, or financial services industries.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, mobile payments, payment gateways, and financial technologies.
  • Experience with business process modeling and mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or something similar.

Bonus Skills / Experience

  • Familiarity with APIs, payment integration platforms, and software development processes.
  • Experience with data analytics, SQL, or data modeling.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based payment solutions and blockchain technology is a plus.
